Healthy Pie – the fruit of Titus 2

Here's the pie!  It is a lot more delicious than it looks ;).  You can't expect blended up avocados and nuts to be anything other than brown.

Tonight I got to eat a DELICIOUS and amazingly healthy pie for dessert!  Yum.  It’s a carob-avocado cream pie made from carob powder, cashews, avacado, almond milk, shredded coconut, and medjool dates.  It was amazingly good, and no added sugar! … Continue reading →
