A husband who explores

Devoted Dad setting up the crib!

I just love Paul!  He’s been talking about how a husband should continually seek to move toward his wife in order to explore her more.  And he’s not just blowing smoke out of his butt!  He really does this!  We went to Target last night to get some last minute baby items.  For any of you who have taken the Strengthsfinder test, my number one strength is “maximizer”, which just means that my first intuition in any given situation is to “maximize” effectiveness, experience, cost… you name it.  So, shopping with me can take a LONG time.  He knows this full well.  We wanted to get the baby a blanket.  So he lead me to the front of the isle and said, “Ok, let’s look at each one.”  So, we started down the isle of blankets and he pointed at each one and had me say yes or no until we had limited it to the best one!  He truly seeks to know me.  I couldn’t have dreamed of anything better.
